Basic Salary £35,000 OTE £49,000 & competitive benefits package.

Ideally based in or around Leeds, York, Harrogate areas.

Office based with a hybrid option (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

About the Company

Role & Responsibilities

• Report to the Business Development Manager to meet revenue targets.
• Develop leads by prospecting new businesses.
• Contact key contacts at target companies to assess their needs.
• Pursue warm leads from marketing efforts.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries from marketing, social media, and web campaigns.
• Keep CRM updated with all client communications.
• Develop sales plans with BDMs to generate new leads.
• Account management of existing clients to foster ongoing relationships.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements & Skills

• Technically savvy, especially with social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in sales processes: prospecting, nurturing, follow-up, negotiation, closing.
• Ability to collaborate with professional service teams to build relationships and close sales.
• Resilient and confident in overcoming gatekeeper barriers and rejections.
• Previous experience in Construction, Waste Management, or Telephone Sales is advantageous.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
