Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer

Rate: £50-£60 per hour (Self-Employed or UMB)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (depending on client needs)
Contract Type: Consultant
Hours: Flexible

We are seeking a highly skilled non-contentious construction solicitor or barrister to support complex infrastructure projects. You must hold a current practising certificate and have significant experience in drafting and advising on non-contentious construction matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice on non-contentious construction projects.
2. Draft and review contracts and agreements related to construction projects.
3. Advise clients on compliance with construction law and regulations.
4. Support negotiations and dispute resolution as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Current practising certificate as a solicitor or barrister.
2. Significant experience in non-contentious construction law.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
